Refund policy

We hope you enjoy your Cup of Joy but if for any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help: 

Returns

• You may return unopened and unused products within 15 days of purchase.
• To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original packaging, unopened, and unused.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was received damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, we will make it right. You can start your return by emailing us at thecupofjoyinc@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with:
    •    Your order number
    •    Reason for return
    •    Photos
